Registered pharmacist positions are growing in number, without an equivalent growth in the number of registered pharmacists to fill them. This shortage of pharmacists is leading to a situation where many of the traditional duties they would have performed are being delegated to technicians and assistants, simply to cope with the work load. The positive side of this for people wishing to work as pharmacists is that there are plenty of opportunities, but there is a heavy and difficult education period to be gone through before this can happen.

All pharmacists need to be properly registered and regulated, and they also need to be educated to the required university level. This will take four years of study, even after a pre-graduate course has been completed. Even when you are qualified, there may still be a period of specialist training before you can practice independently as a pharmacist. This will depend on the type of job you are looking for, and the location in which you will be operating. There are still more pharmacy jobs in retail than anywhere else, including hospitals, and there will always be consistent need for these community pharmacists. It is one of the most solid opportunities within the industry for those who are qualified.

The main work carried out by a community pharmacist involves dispensing medicines which have been prescribed to the customer by a doctor. This will often involve a repeat prescription as there are many cases where the treatment needs to continue unaltered for a long period of time. At other times, advice may need to be given to someone who is just starting to receive medical treatment. In the past, this advice would always have been given by the pharmacist, but now there are so many pharmacists who are short of time it is often given to a technician to take care of. The trained pharmacist will, of course, continue to monitor the situation to make sure the correct advice is given.

A registered pharmacist can also be commonly found in a hospital setting, and this type of arrangement is likely to become even more common in the future as there will be increasing numbers of patients needing long term treatment. The doctors will need to prescribe the treatment, but the pharmacist can do much to make sure that it is effective. Some patients need assistance with maintaining a treatment program, while others simply react in a way which could not be foreseen by the doctor. A pharmacist can tell when doses need to be increased or lessened, and they can tell when side effects mean further intervention is necessary.

The best preparation of all for becoming a pharmacist is to train while you are working as a technician or assistant. You do not need a university degree to apply for these positions, but you will need to have completed your high school education. As a student of pharmacy, you will be especially welcome to many employers because they will see a day, just as you can, where they will be able to offer you a position as a pharmacist. They will already know you, and they will know what you have already learned.

You will still need to be qualified as a registered pharmacist before you can make this career move, but once the time has come the transition should happen that much more smoothly. Having said that, there is no reason why someone from any background should not succeed as a pharmacist. There is plenty of opportunity for anyone who can complete the educational requirement and put themselves in the running for a job. There is a desperate shortage of people trained to be a registered pharmacist.

Pharmacy technician roles are becoming increasingly important throughout the world as the number of licensed pharmacists is rarely if ever enough to cope with the demand on the system. Technicians can take on some of the simpler tasks which pharmacists would normally do for themselves, and they do not need to have the high level of education which a fully qualified pharmacist would need. If you are interested in gaining a career in pharmacy but have no relevant qualifications, becoming a technician may be way of bridging the gap.

Most pharmacy roles are found in two distinctly different locations, either in a pharmacy which operates as a type of retail store, or in a hospital where the pharmacist will be working directly with medical doctors. A pharmacist technician working with a pharmacist is a retail setting will be able to take on some of the routine administration duties which would otherwise take some of the pharmacist’s time and prevent them from giving full attention to areas where their expertise is needed. This can include liaising with manufacturers or health insurance companies to make sure that the right medicines are being dispensed for any given condition.

Another major part of the role of a technician in this setting is to communicate directly with patients concerning the way nutrients which the medications need to be used. This would always have been a role which the pharmacist themselves would have taken on, but with the decrease in numbers much of the responsibility has been passed to the technicians. A technician will always be able to consult with the qualified pharmacist if there are any areas which need clarification. Most of the conversations will involve when to take the medications, how often, and what to look for to see if there are any negative reactions.

A pharmacy technician working in a hospital will have similar responsibilities, but may have to work alone for longer as the pharmacist may be involved in emergency work with doctors. In a hospital environment, it is essential that the intake of medicines is monitored accurately, so that the right choices are made when the results are assessed. A technician may not have the necessary training to be able to tell what should one done when a certain side effect appears, but they will have enough knowledge to be able to summon the pharmacist or another doctor when it is clear that something is wrong.

There are more potential jobs as pharmacy technicians available than ever before, due to the expansion of the health industry and the difficulty of finding qualified pharmacists. Having technicians available can mean that a hospital or pharmacy can manage with fewer actual pharmacists, so the need for technicians is also increasing. The pay for a pharmacist technician is never going to match that of the pharmacist themselves, but the constant need for medical personnel keeps pharmacy technician pay at a higher level than that of many similar jobs. The need for a completed high school education also keeps out many potential entrants.

Becoming a pharmacy technician is by no means easy, but it is certainly easier than qualifying as a fully fledged pharmacist. It can even be a stepping stone in that direction, as many of those who qualify as technicians are then able to study at home for the university standard qualification they need to practice as a pharmacist. If you have the right background and work history to go alongside your new qualification, it can only help you to find the right long term position. You can gain this type of record by working as a pharmacy technician.

Pharmacy careers are a realistic attainment for anyone who is prepared to spend the time and money going through the educational process needed to qualify. This is obviously not a career which can just take anyone, as a degree of highly specialized knowledge is needed to carry out many of the tasks you would associate with a practicing pharmacist. It is a career, though, where anyone who is able to complete their studies can look forward to unbroken years of service with no unemployment and exceptional prospects.

The pharmacist career is one which has the odds stacked in your favor right from the start. There is a tough educational requirement which cannot be overcome or eliminated, because it is prescribed by the authorities and not by individual employers. This keeps anyone who is not entirely serious out of the profession and eliminates a large percentage of the competition before you even start. Every student knows, however, that there are always plenty of graduates looking for work. What makes pharmacy such a highly promising career is the expansion in the health care industry due to the aging population and the prevalence of so many health problems in our society.

There are two distinct aspects of pharmacy which can almost be considered to be separate careers, although the knowledge and the educational requirement is the same for both. The majority of pharmacists work in a retail setting where most of the work is routine. The pharmacist will be taking prescriptions from patients and dispensing the medicines. There is always an advisory aspect to pharmacy which is vitally important, and this is the reason why the qualifications are always needed. Larger pharmacies can even delegate much of the dispensing tasks to technicians while they concentrate on serving patients in an advisory capacity.

Other pharmacy careers operate within hospitals, and these need a different set of skills in addition to he knowledge of drugs and their uses. You will need to be able to think and act quickly as there will be times when you will be faced with emergency situations. While the doctors have to handle most of the real cutting edge situations, there can still be times when drugs need to be dispensed quickly and the patient monitored for possible reactions. Powerful drugs can be needed in emergency situations, and these can trigger extreme side effects. A pharmacist needs to know when a drug needs to be discontinued, and when further drug treatments to combat side effects may be needed.

Breaking in to a pharmacist career is not easy, and there are no shortcuts. There is, however, one possible route into the profession which can ease your way slightly. The job of pharmacy technician requires a high school education but nothing more. As such, there will be many more people applying for these jobs, but you will still stand out if you can demonstrate clearly that you intend to complete a four year training program and to make it to the job title of pharmacist. You can then be earning money from the profession while you study online or through correspondence.

Many pharmacy careers are achieved by those who start to become interested in medicine later in life, as the route into the job has been simplified. While the qualifications still need to be achieved, the growth of online learning opportunities has meant that many people who would otherwise have found it too difficult to cope with the residential requirements and the need to leave their existing employment are now able to qualify while they keep their existing career. As long as you are the right type of person for online learning, there should now be no insurmountable barriers to pharmacy careers.

Pharmacist training can open up for you one of the hottest opportunities in the medical profession at the current time, and one which is likely to become even more wide open in the coming years. The need for medical services of all kinds is constantly increasing due to the aging population and the need to manage long term illnesses, so pharmacists are going to be increasingly in demand. This is not an easy profession to qualify for, but the benefit you get from that is that once you have qualified, there will be far less competition for jobs.

The most common setting for a pharmacist is the retail store, and these pharmacists are experiencing a steady increase in business despite the harsh economic conditions. People can save on many luxuries and wants in their lives, but only in the most extreme of circumstances will anyone do without medical care simply to save money. The number of retirees with repeat prescriptions provides a steady level of income and work for the retail pharmacist, and the numbers of clients is steadily increasing. Many of these pharmacies are small independent concerns, although there are also large chains of pharmacies which employ thousands of people.

Training for a retail pharmacist is relatively light once the basic education has been achieved. Much of the work is routine, but it is this routine work which keeps the business ticking over from day to day. The most difficult part of the job is the advisory part, and this is something which you will soon get used to as long as you have even a basic ability to interact with other people. The pharmacist has typically taken on all advisory work themselves, but this is changing due to the shortage of trained pharmacists. Even this work will now often be delegated to a technician or assistant.

The pharmacist training you receive after university can also happen in a hospital setting, as pharmacists are becoming an increasingly important part of hospital care. Many hospitals have patients who are in for a long term illness, and these patients usually need constant medication. While it is necessary for a doctor to attend to the patients from time to time, the routine reissuing of established treatments can often be handled by a pharmacist. A good pharmacist can tell when a treatment needs to be changed in some way, either because symptoms are starting to appear again or because the treatment is producing some unexpected side effects.

There is one possibility of gaining entry to the profession in advance of qualifying with a degree, and that is to become a technician. Technicians do not need to have a university education, they just need to have completed high school. If you can work as a pharmacy technician while you complete a degree course studying online, you will gain the best of both worlds. You will be able to earn from the profession while you study and maintain your lifestyle, you will be able to gain some extremely useful insights into the workings of a pharmacy, and you will be building up a work record which will help you gain a job when you are qualified.

You need to start your formal pharmacist training by completing the pre-graduate course which will get you the chance to attend university for four years and qualify with a degree. This does not have to mean physical attendance at a college campus, as there are now so many online study options for people who need to be able to carry on working while they study. This four year course will put you in a position to begin applying for pharmacist positions, and while you are working you can continue pharmacist training.

Pharmacists salary projections are among the most optimistic for any career in medicine or the health industry, and in the entire employment marketplace. This is easy to understand when you think that the demands on the medical profession are constantly growing and the population is becoming older, and when you think of the strict educational requirement to enter the profession. Although becoming a pharmacist is by no means easy, when you have qualified and are able to earn your living you will experience great benefits.

A community pharmacist salary can vary greatly because of the nature of the retail business. Some pharmacists will be working as employees of large chains similar to those you will find in any other retail business, while others will be virtually self-employed in their own small business. The community pharmacist is becoming an increasingly important role in society, as there are more people living to retirement age and needing regular medication. A pharmacist working alone is now unlikely to be able to cope with demand, at least not without bringing in technicians to carry some of the workload. Working in a chain can be easier in some ways as it is far easier to find cover for times when you need to be away from the store.

The salary for a pharmacist working in a hospital is likely to be far more uniform and standard, especially over a certain area. Hospitals tend to be large institutions employing large numbers of people, or at least the ones which need to employ pharmacists are at that level. The salary for a great many medical workers does not really reflect the importance of the work they do, but a pharmacist salaries are at least at the higher end of the market. The hospitals know they need to pay good money to secure the services of a profession which is grossly understaffed.

A pharmacists salary is not something which can be achieved without a lot of hard work and study, as it takes four years of college education to achieve the necessary qualification. Even the study period can only be entered into once you have finished a pre-graduate course. The career is best entered by those who are of college age, and who can give four years of their time to a residential course on a college campus. This is traditionally how pharmacists learned their trade, but the online learning option has given mature students the chance to catch up and enter the profession at a later age.

There is one step you can take which can help you in your quest to enter this profession, and that is to become a pharmacist technician. These technicians only need to be educated to high school level to gain an entry level job, and the numbers of technicians needed by the medical profession is increasing constantly as they are taking on tasks which have traditionally been carried out by a pharmacist. This is happening because there are not enough trained pharmacists to carry out all of the tasks which they are used to doing. This means opportunities for both technicians and pharmacists.

Whether you become a technician or not, you will still have to study for the four year university qualification which is needed to progress to become a pharmacist. When you are able to make this upward movement, your salary will rise in accordance to show that you are making dramatic progress. As well as high earnings, becoming a pharmacist gives you a high level of job security as there is such an extreme shortage of qualified pharmacists. There should never be long periods of unemployment for a pharmacist, and this is just as important as the pharmacists salary.

Pharmacist school qualifications can help you to take on one of the most rewarding and in demand professions within the medical sector. There is a greater need than ever before for qualified pharmacists, so gaining the right qualification is as close as you can get to the guarantee of a job for life. The expansion in the health care industry is a result of the aging population and of the continually rising rate of incidence of many debilitating conditions.

Any schools for pharmacist education must take into account the two completely different settings in which pharmacists operate. A pharmacist in an independent dispensing store is going to be facing a completely different demand from a pharmacist in a hospital, even though much of the knowledge needed will be the same. There is not a lot of skill needed to simply take a prescription which has been given by a doctor and dispense the drugs, but a great deal of knowledge is needed to successfully deal with patients who come in off the street and ask for advice. The knowledge which a pharmacist needs can only be gained through a thorough and extensive period of formal education, finishing with a four year degree course.

The best pharmacist schools and college courses will give you a grounding which can be applied in this retail setting, or in the high pressure environment of a hospital. A hospital pharmacist needs to be able to react quickly to situations as there may be times when a doctor will need medicine to be administered immediately. It may be necessary to keep watch over a patient to see if there are any noticeable side effects, or whether the treatment is only having a partial effect and a higher dose may be needed. Some drugs which are used in emergency situations are powerful and necessary, and they can also need further drugs just to try and cope with the side effects.

Going to pharmacist school will involve taking a four year college course, but you need to even get to the stage where this is possible. A high school education is essential, as you need to be able to either qualify for further education or at least to get a job as a pharmacist technician. If you can work as a technician, you will gain valuable insight into the workings of a pharmacy, you will develop a work record which will be extremely useful to you as you seek employment as a pharmacist, and you will give yourself a platform from which to train while you still earn money and have a career.

None of this will take away the need for pharmacist schooling as the standards set down by the authorities cannot be changed or ignored. However, both the pre-graduate studies and the four year course itself are available as online learning courses from different universities and learning providers. As long as you can make the time to study while you still hold down a paying career, there is no reason why you cannot progress to becoming a pharmacist in a more ordered and logical way.

You can still study at pharmacist school by attending a college campus in the usual way if that is more to your liking, but there is certainly no need to. There is very little practical work involved in a pharmacy course, so it is an ideal subject to study at home through online communication. You will need to be able to supply the self-discipline as there will be no teacher in the room to push you on, but you will have full support over online communication systems and forums. Online platforms are especially suited to studying at pharmacist school.

Pharmacist requirements are still as severe as ever before, and always will be despite the great shortage of personnel within the profession, and the likelihood that this situation will only get worse in the coming years. However desperate employers are to recruit people to satisfy their needs, they cannot override the requirements which are set down by the authorities to maintain standards within the industry, and to make sure that patients receive the level of care they need. If you are going to have a career as a pharmacist, you will need to satisfy these requirements.

The basic pharmacist education requirements are simple enough to understand. You need to have completed a pre-graduate university course before you become eligible for the four year course which will give you the qualification you need to be employed as a pharmacist. On completion of this university course, you will be able to apply for a position as a pharmacist. This requirement is exactly the same whether you are intending to work in a retail setting or a hospital, and the job roles themselves are fundamentally similar. There are more jobs for pharmacists in a retail setting, but the numbers of pharmacists needed is increasing across the entire industry.

Working in a retail pharmacy involves a lot of routine work, as you will be taking prescriptions from people who come in off the street having been prescribed a drug treatment by a doctor. Dispensing the medicine is routine work, but there will also be a need for advice to be given from time to time. Staying in touch with customers and helping them make sure they get the best results from the medicines they have been given always used to be the job of the pharmacist, but it is now increasingly common for a technician to take on this role, and only refer difficult cases back to the pharmacist.

The pharmacist requirements for education are exactly the same in the hospital environment, where the depth of knowledge and the ability to quickly recall it can be even more important. The day of a hospital pharmacist can be far more varied than the day of one on retail, as there is the potential to have to deal with emergency situations as well as routine work with long term patients. Where there is an emergency, the doctor will decide how the patient should be treated, but the pharmacist can play a vital role in monitoring the treatment.

The only way to break into a career in this profession without this formal educational requirement is to become a technician or assistant. These lesser roles do not demand the same high level of knowledge and understanding, so there is no need to have a university education. You will still need to have completed high school before you can hope to work in a pharmacy in any capacity, but this career path is far easier. There are more opportunities for technicians than ever before, as pharmacists are increasingly offloading the more routine aspects of their work to technicians to free up more of their time.

The good news is that satisfying the pharmacist requirements is easier than it used to be for a whole section of the population. Mature students who wish to change career later in life have always found it difficult to obtain the qualifications they needed, as they had family and work commitments which would prevent them completing a residential course at college. Now, with the new online study options which are offered by both the established colleges and new online learning providers, there is no reason why mature students cannot satisfy the pharmacist requirements.

Pharmacist recruiter personnel in hospitals and companies which employ pharmacists in the retail sector are finding the going hard at this point in time. With a population growing ever older by average, and a constant need for drug therapies and medical attention, the profession has a great demand for pharmacists. The problem is that, with the need for a high level of education and the qualification to prove it, the numbers of pharmacists coming through the system is not nearly enough to satisfy this demand.

The traditional places of employment for a pharmacist are the retail stores and the hospitals. Retail pharmacists are still a common and much needed institution in all Western societies, as they dispense the medicines which are prescribed by doctors, often on a regular basis. There are many cases where a drug treatment continues unaltered over many years, and these cases are a regular source of revenue and profit for the pharmacist. There are still many small pharmacies owned as independent businesses, although many have been bought by chains and linked to others in the same group. These chains need to employ qualified pharmacists in each of their stores, and there is always a shortage of personnel.

The pharmacist recruiters need to be able to put enough staff into each store to allow it to function properly with only short queues even at busy times and always with enough attention given to each customer. As well as recruiting pharmacists, these stores need to have enough technicians and assistants to take the routine work away from the pharmacist. In the modern retail pharmacy, it is not uncommon for technicians to even take on the role of advisor to patients, although this must always be done with the realization that assistants will need to be supervised and the advice looked over by the pharmacist to make sure it is accurate.

A pharmacist recruiter can also be needed in a hospital, especially a large city hospital which has many patients. The pharmacist is becoming an increasingly important role in these establishments, as doctors seek to hand over the job of managing and maintaining the drug programs which they have prescribed. Long term patients often need more monitoring than they have sometimes been given, and this is far more likely to happen with the assistance of a pharmacist. The pharmacist can give advice as to how the treatment should be best administered, and can watch for any changes in the patient which may be a signal that the treatment needs to be altered.

A hospital recruiter should also give careful thought to hiring technicians and assistants to help out any pharmacists which are already finding the workload hard to manage. Even though there are going to be emergency cases to deal with in a hospital, and incidents where drug treatments have a completely unforeseen effect, there are still plenty of routine cases which can be delegated. In any case, much of the routine administration work can be carried out by assistants.

The pharmacist recruiter is in a disadvantaged position compared with many recruiters in the business world, as it is simply not possible to employ someone if they do not have the qualifications which the law says they must have. From the point of view of the would be pharmacist, this can create a situation of advantage once you have completed your studies and become qualified. You can make your case even more appealing to the recruiters by taking a placement as a technician and working under an established pharmacist, while you complete your studies. You will then have experience and a work record to show your pharmacist recruiter.

Pharmacist positions are easier to obtain that at any previous time in history, for those who have taken the time to gain the necessary qualifications over four years and more. This is not a career which can offer you an instant fix, neither can it offer you any way to get around the need for a formal education. What it can offer you is the chance to join a profession which always has a desperate shortage of people, and from which you can derive a high degree of both job security and job satisfaction.

The majority of positions in pharmacies are in a retail setting, where the pharmacist will take prescriptions from the public and dispense the medicines. This may seem like a routine task, but the amount of support and the continual need for advice means that it is far more than that. Typically in the past it has been the pharmacist who would communicate with the patients and give them advice whenever needed, especially concerning how and when to take the medicines and what to look for as possible danger signs. Now, even this task is often give to technicians as there is such a shortage of qualified pharmacists.

Positions for pharmacists are also often found in hospitals, where the pharmacist can play a vital role in making sure that long term patients are taking the right medicines and following the treatments which have been prescribed for them. The pharmacist will be able to see if there are any signs which would mean that the dosage should be altered, or if there are side effects which need to be treated. Taking this observation work off the hands of the doctors frees up their time so that they can attend to more urgent situations. Pharmacists in hospitals can greatly reduce errors caused by lack of attention to individual patients.

To be able to apply for pharmacist positions you will need to have the right qualifications. There is simply no way round this, as they are mandatory by law. Gaining the qualifications is not easy, as you will need to complete a four year study program after qualifying for it. If you are of the typical college age, you can look to complete a residential course on a campus site as everyone had to do not so long ago. Mature students can also do this, but the opportunity is usually only a theoretical one due to the existing commitments they will already have. Online study opportunities have made the situation for mature students a lot easier.

The only route into the profession which may be considered something of a back door is to enter as a pharmacy technician. This will give you several advantages, although you will still need the same high level of education to progress any further. You can get started far more quickly, and you can be earning from the medical profession while you are continuing your part time online studies. You will also be able to learn from the pharmacist who you are working with on a daily basis, so your work also contributes to your education.

Whatever your existing career happens to be, you can study the listings for pharmacist positions with the future in mind. This will reassure you that your learning choices are the right ones, and give you confidence for the future. You will be able to see that the qualification you are studying for will get you in to a profession where the number of jobs is increasing far more quickly than the numbers of people who are qualified to fill them. Once you are qualified, you should be able to have your pick of many available pharmacist positions.

Pharmacist employment opportunities are growing in number due to two important factors. Firstly, there is the expansion in the health care industry which is inevitable now that the population is aging as a whole, and a far greater percentage of people are living past retirement age. Secondly, there is the fact that this career is far from an easy one to break into, as it demands a high level of education which can only be obtained with a four year college course following extensive pre-graduate study.

The pharmacist has always been a vital part of the medical profession, dispensing drugs which were prescribed by doctors both in and out of hospital. Having someone with this job description meant that doctors were able to allocate their time to direct interaction with patients and achieve far more in any given day. The role of the pharmacist has changed little over the years, although there are computerized aids to help with the paperwork and administration. The most significant change in recent years has been the increase in the numbers of technicians who have been taking on some of the routine tasks which pharmacist used to do for themselves. This is a direct consequence of the shortage of pharmacists.

The largest number of pharmacists are employed in a retail setting dispensing medicines which are prescribed by doctors. Many of these businesses are now part of large chains which have stores in many different areas, and which employ thousands of people. One of the advantages of being part of such a chain is that it is nearly always easy to organize cover for days when you will not be present in the store. This is one of the problems which the smaller independent pharmacist finds difficult to handle, as there is always work which needs to be attended to personally.

The tasks of liaising with patients and advising them on how to get the best from their medicines was always one which the pharmacist would see to themselves, but that situation is now changing. There is an increased demand for the services of retail pharmacists which is meaning that they are always ever more thinly stretched. One way of coping with this is to offload certain routine tasks to pharmacist technicians. These technicians are assistants to the pharmacists who do not have the same high level of education, but who have a basic grounding in the way a pharmacy works.

The other common setting for pharmacist employment is the hospital, and a different type of skill set is needed here. While there are some long term patients who will need a very similar type of attention to those who visit a retail pharmacy, many others will be in need of emergency attention. Doctors will attend to these patients and decide how they should be treated, but the pharmacist may be called in to actually dispense the drugs. It can sometimes be difficult to assess exactly how much of a drug is needed, so the advice of a trained and experienced pharmacist can be helpful even to a doctor.

There are still aspects of hospital pharmacist employment which are relatively routine, such as the dispensing of regular prescriptions to long term patients. A pharmacist will need to know which signs to look for to know whether a dosage should be increased or reduced, r whether there are many complications arising from the treatments. These complications may mean that extra medicine is needed to combat side effects, or it may mean that the treatment needs to be discontinued altogether. Even in the hospital setting there are more tasks being taken on by pharmacy technicians, as qualified pharmacists are hard to find.

Qualifying to become a pharmacist is a long and hard endeavor, as it requires four years of college study after completing a pre-graduate course. There are no short cuts to these requirements, as they are set by the authorities. Training to become a pharmacist is easiest when you are of college age and able to commit to a full residential course, but there are now other possibilities. Many of the colleges which offer these courses also have an online study version, and there are also online courses from specialist Internet providers.

You can qualify for pharmacist employment without ever needing to move from your present address or give up your existing career. This has made it far easier for mature students to gain the needed qualifications and to enter the profession. Hopefully, this will have an increasing effect in reducing the shortages or qualified pharmacists which is afflicting both the hospitals and retail sector. For now, though, anyone who successfully completes a four year course and who has the necessary qualifications will have an excellent chance of securing regular pharmacist employment.
